Success story – Kivun
By Ronny Elias, customer director at Niloosoft
The article was written with the generous help of Doron Yitzhaki, Kivun’s CEO
This boutique placement agency was founded in 2009 by Doron Yitzhaki, a young entrepreneur. Earlier, he served as chairman of the student union of Netanya’s academic college, and his purpose was to create a placement boutique that would copy the model used in leading academic institutions.
The firm’s offices are located inside Netanya’s academic college, and it employs four recruitment coordinators in addition to Doron himself.
With time, the firm has earned an excellent reputation in the placement market, positioning itself as the number one placement agency for insurance and finance, with customers ranging from large banks to leading investment firms and insurance companies.
Doron Yitzhaki, Kivun’s owner and CEO and holder of a bachelor’s degree in communication from Netanya’s academic college, says that prior to utilizing the Hunter EDGE, his firm was using a different recruitment system:
“After 2.5 years of activity, I felt the need to improve what we were doing. I examined our weak spots, and discovered that managing a CV database was very important, and could make the difference between success and mediocrity. The system I was using was lacking in this area. Additionally, recruitment through the social networks and via our website was also very important to me.”
After extensive research, Doron decided to select the most advanced recruitment system in Israel – Niloosoft’s Hunter EDGE: “I selected the Hunter EDGE because of its contemporary model that suited my needs as a placement agency,” he says. “Additionally, the solution it provides for recruitment through the social networks and via my company’s website is simpler, much more beneficial, and gets me better candidates.”
At the beginning, the system did not require any special characterization. “However, revisions are constantly being made upon demand, and the system gets upgraded very often with new features and special developments,” he adds.
In summary, Doron says that since switching to the Hunter EDGE, Kivun has saved a lot of time consumed on the recruitment process, and as a result – money as well. Doron was able to streamline the recruitment coordinators’ work, and now they can even work at home thanks to the system’s cloud interface.
